Meet Our Founder
Suzanne E. Kecmer
Suzanne holds an MBA from Columbia University and brings over 20 years of experience from the global, aerospace and defense industry. She has held equity research and investment banking positions at leading financial institutions, as well as a corporate strategist role at the Raytheon Company.

Michael Chester
Michael leads teams working on programs and budget, strategy, Congressional affairs, international relations, treaty negotiations, advanced technology and concept development, operational plans, manpower, and force structure alignment.
He developed leading edge technologies; rapid prototyping for space, cyber, precision time, optics, and security.
Donald Codling
Donald has a successful track record in cybersecurity as a managing partner STORM Guidance U.S.
He is a former FBI, Unit Chief Division, with over 23 years of experience. He also served as a prior CIO and CPO at Swift Exchange.
CISSP and CIPP U.S. and EU certified.
Ron Ross
Ron is a former VP of Raytheon IT Solutions, VP of Compaq Federal Worldwide, President and COO of CACI, and President of CSC’s Defense and Intelligence Division.
He also served as the Chief of Staff for the Deputy Director of Technology Operations National Security Agency.
SEAN FARRELL
Sean is Founder and CEO of East Capital Advisors, a full service government relations firm, based in Washington, DC. Previously, he has worked for members of Senate Republican Leadership (e.g. McConnell, Blunt) and House of Representatives (e.g. Blackburn Chief of Staff). Originally from Kentucky, Sean received B.A. from Northern Kentucky University and M.A. from Georgetown University.
